I would give it a 10 stars if I could. This place is unbelievable. Mary has hands that heal and a heart that is hard to find. I walked in nearly on the verge of collapse from stress. I walked out feeling strong and hopeful. This is my spa place now. I already scheduled future sessions even though it's over an hour drive. Mary is so worth it! Honestly, it should be illegal to allow people to drive when they are so relaxed! Just kidding! I have have many massages in my lifetime, but this one? Not sure how to describe it best! It marked the beginning to my healing! Make going to a spa part of your self-care routine. I am a primary care provider and I will reinforce even more the need for massages to relax the sympathetic nervous system and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Jenna thanks for accommodating me in so fast! It literally saved my life!
