Gen is a certified Reiki, Sound, and Vibroacoustic Therapy practitioner who blends science-based technology with an intuitive, heart-centered approach. Her sessions guide clients into profound states of balance, restoration, and renewal. Reiki- Infused Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT)
Reiki-infused Vibroacoustic Therapy combines the grounding power of vibration and sound with intuitive Reiki guidance. This research-backed modality is commonly used to support stress reduction, sleep, pain relief, and emotional balance.
Low-frequency vibrations work on a cellular level to support the nervous system, ease tension, and help your energy align. Hands-on Reiki is woven into each session to meet what your system is ready to release or integrate.

This session is deeply restorative, offering space to relax, process emotion, and reconnect to your body, your rhythm, and your inner guidance. It's an experience that harmonizes mind, body and energy, helping you feel deeply relaxed, present and restored.
