Jenna Pruitte-Sefton

Jenna Pruitte-Sefton began her career in the mental health field, using her BA in Psychology to help individuals within the community navigate and overcome a variety of life challenges. After studying Reiki and experiencing a deeper sense of self balance and holistic healing herself, Jenna felt called to shift her career path. She went on to earn her Esthetics License in Massachusetts, combining her passion for wellness with skincare and healing practices. Three years later, Jenna opened her own business, Mind, Body & Skin: A Spa for Wellness, where she and her staff provide services that nurture the skin, body, and mind. Her mission has always been to help clients feel balanced, confident and well in every aspect of life. Today, Jenna is a Reiki Master/Teacher with over 22 years of experience in holistic healing and continues to deepen her intuitive gifts and spiritual connection. She is enjoying life with her husband, stepdaughter and son, loving to be outside on weekends boating, and remembering that balance between work and personal, community building and compassion for others is what’s important. Christian Correia-Covert, MSW, MEd, CI is a Mental Health Practitioner, wellness coach and teacher who bridges his experience in the mental health and science fields to support clients in attaining their dreams. Ian Ohlsson

Ian Ohlsson is a professional martial arts instructor, esoteric researcher, and rune reader. His journey with the runes began at the age of 18, when he handcarved his first rune set from pine, sparking over a decade of study into Northern European traditions, cultural poems, symbolism and the deeper meanings behind the staves. To Ian, the runes are whispers of mystery and insight - symbols that speak honestly of both challenge and possibility. Through personalized rune readings, he helps clients gain clarity, navigate life’s complexities, and better understand the unseen paths before them. Complementing his spiritual practice is a lifelong dedication to physical wellness and personal empowerment.
