Mini R&R, 25-minute individualized Reiki session with Cara Surreira and 25-minute personal Reading with Marie Fleury.  Cara is a certified Reiki Master and a Certified Crystal Energy Guide.  Marie is Certified Reiki Master/Teacher and an Intuitive Empathic Medium.

Crystals 101: Shift the Energy

Feeling Stuck/stagnant energy?  In this workshop, Cara Surreira will discuss, with you, energy, the aura, and the power of using crystals with intention.  You will go home with a kit including a 2 inch tower of selenite, a 5 inch selenite wand, and a 2-3 inch intuitively chosen tower (likely fluorite, amazonite, or ruby ziosite).  This class is great for beginners or gem enthusiasts, as there is always more to learn.
